Note: This filk is entirely Yashira's fault, I swear. She asked me to put her in a composition--not sure whether this is quite what she had in mind, but it's what she got! Thanks and apologies go to Jim Croce, whose 'Bad Bad Leroy Brown' inspired this particular oddity.

Well the cold Weyr they call Telgar
Is the baddest Weyr around,
